For people living with chronic illnesses, food is more than nourishment—it’s part of their care. Through The Poverello Center’s Food Is Medicine program, clients receive medically tailored groceries designed to support their specific health needs and improve overall well-being.

Your support helps ensure that individuals living with HIV, diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, and other chronic illnesses have consistent access to nutritious food that complements their treatment, promotes stability, and helps them live healthier lives.
